Anna Lopez for Pennsylvania House District 115

Anna Lopez for Pennsylvania House District 115

Fixing the system. Starting with education.

Meet Anna

Why I am Running?

It was early morning when I saw a small child step off a school bus — completely alone.

No parent waiting.
No hand to hold.
Just a backpack that looked heavier than it should have been for someone so young.

I remember scanning the street, certain someone would appear.

No one did.

Later, I learned why.

Both parents were already at work — not chasing ambition, not climbing corporate ladders — but working multiple jobs simply to afford groceries, heating bills, and the rising weight of everyday life in Pennsylvania.

And in that moment, a question settled deep in my heart:

When did raising a family become this hard?

When did doing everything right stop being enough?

When did stability become something families have to fight for instead of something they can rely on?

As a mother, that moment did not feel political.

It felt personal.

Because behind every statistic is a child learning independence too soon…
A parent carrying quiet guilt…
A family running on exhaustion instead of hope.

And I realized something else:

If leaders aren’t fighting to change this reality…

Then who is?

Why I Stepped Forward

I did not enter public service to become a politician.

I stepped forward because I could no longer accept a future where:

  • Parents must choose work over witnessing their child grow.
  • Seniors fear property taxes more than retirement.
  • Teachers stretch limited resources while giving students everything they have.
  • Young families quietly question whether they can afford to stay.

Pennsylvania families are not asking for miracles.

They are asking for breathing room.

For fairness.
For responsible leadership.
For a future that feels secure again.

My Fight Is Rooted in Real Life

As a School Board Director…
As a working mother…
As someone who listens before leading…

I have watched the pressure build on our families year after year.

And I refuse to accept that struggle should be the price of living in a state as strong as ours.

I am running for State Representative because it is time to restore what government was always meant to provide:

Stability. Protection. Opportunity.

Not chaos.
Not uncertainty.
Not policies disconnected from everyday life.

The Pennsylvania We Can Build — Together

I believe in a Pennsylvania where:

Families can afford their homes without fearing the next tax bill.
Children learn in fully supported schools.
Communities benefit from smart infrastructure.
Energy is reliable and affordable.
Government operates with transparency and purpose.

This is not about politics.

This is about protecting the foundation of family life.

And here is the truth many people feel but rarely say out loud:

👉 Strong families create strong communities.
👉 Strong communities create a strong Pennsylvania.

Everything starts there.

But I Cannot Do This Alone

Movements are not built by candidates.

They are built by people who decide:

“Enough is enough — and I’m ready to be part of something better.”

Today, I am asking you to stand with me.

Not just as a supporter.

As a builder of the future we want our children to inherit.

Your Donation Means Something Bigger

Your contribution is not just funding a campaign.

It is helping us:

  • Fight for tax stability
  • Strengthen education
  • Protect working families
  • Expand opportunity
  • Bring steady leadership back to government

Most importantly…

It sends a message that Pennsylvania families will not be overlooked.

If this story feels familiar…

If you see your family in these words…
If you believe stability should not be a luxury…**

👉 Please make a donation today.

Whether it is $10 or $250, you are helping build a Pennsylvania where families don’t just survive…

They thrive.

And when future generations ask what we did at a moment when families were being stretched too thin…

We will be able to say:

We stepped forward.
Together.

Anna Lopez has been delivering for families long before running for State Representative — fighting for education transparency, community accountability, and people-first solutions in New York City and right here in Pennsylvania.

Her leadership is proven. Her commitment is real.

Leadership You Can Trust

Before asking for your vote, Anna Lopez believes you deserve to see her record. From education leadership to government accountability, her work reflects years of service — not campaign promises.

TAXATION & FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

During her service on the Pocono Mountain School District Board, Anna Lopez has remained committed to the principle that strong schools and responsible taxation must go hand in hand. She understands that every tax dollar represents the hard work of local families, and she has consistently supported thoughtful financial stewardship that protects both educational quality and community stability.

Anna has advocated for careful budget review, long-term planning, and transparent financial practices so residents can clearly understand how public funds are allocated. Her approach emphasizes sustainability — ensuring that today’s decisions do not create unnecessary burdens for tomorrow’s taxpayers while maintaining the resources students need to succeed.

By promoting fiscal responsibility alongside educational excellence, Anna has demonstrated that effective leadership means balancing investment with accountability. This perspective continues to shape her vision for broader economic stability across Pennsylvania.

INFRASTRUCTURE & LONG-TERM PLANNING

Anna Lopez recognizes that educational infrastructure is more than buildings — it is the foundation for safe learning environments, modern instruction, and thriving communities. Throughout her tenure, she has supported forward-looking conversations around facility planning, capital improvements, and operational readiness to ensure schools remain equipped to meet evolving student needs.

Her leadership reflects an understanding that proactive planning prevents costly emergency decisions and protects taxpayer investments over time. By encouraging strategic evaluation of district assets and future requirements, Anna has helped promote a culture of preparedness rather than reaction.

This commitment to long-range thinking mirrors the type of leadership required at the state level — leadership that anticipates growth, strengthens public institutions, and builds systems designed to serve families for generations.

Families invest in their homes, neighborhoods, and community identity. Large-scale development should be transparent, community-centered, and respectful of residential value. Homeowners deserve accountability, fair compensation when value is harmed, and legal safeguards that protect their neighborhoods, schools, and quality of life.

HIGHER STANDARDS & ACCOUNTABILITY

Anna believes that public trust is earned through consistency, transparency, and high expectations. As a school board leader, she has supported governance practices that elevate accountability while fostering an environment where students, educators, and families can succeed together.

She has encouraged open dialogue, responsible oversight, and decision-making grounded in the best interests of the community. Her leadership style reflects both professionalism and integrity — qualities essential to maintaining confidence in public institutions.

By championing strong standards and principled leadership, Anna has shown that effective governance is not simply about managing systems, but about inspiring excellence within them. It is this same commitment that guides her continued service to the people of her region.

STUDENT WELLNESS & HEALTH ACCESSss

Anna Lopez has consistently recognized that student success depends on more than academics alone. During her service on the Pocono Mountain School District Board, she supported efforts to strengthen student wellness by connecting young people to critical health and support services within the school environment.

By advancing the role of wellness-centered services, Anna helped reinforce the understanding that physical health, mental well-being, and emotional stability are essential to learning. These efforts contributed to a more supportive educational setting where students can access resources they need to stay engaged, focused, and ready to succeed.

Her leadership reflects a holistic view of education — one that acknowledges that strong schools must address the full needs of the student, not just what happens in the classroom.

Her work centers on practical solutions that uplift people, protect neighborhoods, diversify local revenue, and make government more responsive and accountable. Anna is running for State Representative to bring these values, experiences, and solutions to Harrisburg — not as politics, but as service.
